About Chip Early
After more than 20 years of coaching informally through conversations with co-workers and direct reports that would knock on my door and ask, “can I talk to you?,” it was apparent that this was something I needed to pursue. I enrolled in a professional credentialing program with an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified program to gain the training that would add the most valuable to my clients.
