After more than 20 years of coaching emerging leaders informally through conversations with co-workers and direct reports that would knock on my door and ask, “can I talk to you?,” it was apparent that this was something I needed to pursue. I enrolled in a professional credentialing program with an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified program to gain the training that would add the most valuable to my clients.
I work with organizations, coaching emerging leaders to develop and achieve the professional future they desire. This happens by looking at current circumstances and creating steps toward an intentional and fulfilling future.
