From my first leadership role at 17 years old, to guiding teams of over 100 people, I’ve always been drawn to helping people grow, collaborate, and succeed. Leadership isn’t just about strategy—it’s about building strong relationships, navigating challenges, and inspiring others to reach their full potential – no matter how large or small their role within an organization.

I started my leadership journey in a locally owned surf and skate shop, where I learned firsthand the impact of great leadership and strong team dynamics. That experience set the foundation for my career, during which I have led teams of 6 to over 100 people, while adapting to diverse leadership challenges along the way.

What has always set me apart is my ability to connect with people, build trust, and bring out the best in individuals and teams. My coaching is rooted in:
