How Coaching Works
Leadership coaching is a collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and lead effectively into the future you desire.

Step 1: Discovery
We begin with a conversation that uncovers where you are, what challenges you’re facing, and where you want to be. Together, we then decide if coaching is the right step for you, and if we are the right fit for this process.

Step 2: Initial Session
During this session, we discuss what the coaching relationship will look like, and create an intentional plan designed to move you toward the future you want. These steps are practical, achievable, and aligned with your personal leadership goals.

Step 3: Growth & Implementation
During this phase I provide accountability and support as you actively implement the ideas and concepts gained from our sessions. This is where clients see real progress, overcome obstacles, and begin to experience the tangible results of their efforts.
